Meet the Founder

Laura Jane Viskovich started in business in twenty eleven. With a background in speech and drama, holding an Associate Diploma through Trinity College, and years of experience as a professional actress, Laura Jane has always understood the power of presence, voice, and self expression.

Since twenty eleven, she has built, bought, and sold multiple businesses across the entertainment industry and the women's empowerment leadership space.

In twenty nineteen, Laura Jane stepped into the world of women's leadership when she won Mrs Australia International in twenty twenty. She went on to compete on the American stage, where she was awarded People's Choice, a reflection of the deep and powerful network of people she had built along the way.

Through this journey of competing, winning, and giving countless online and in person interviews, Laura Jane discovered something powerful. The clothes she wore did not just dress her body, they helped her step into her own inner strength and confidence, allowing her to sit at the table with politicians, leaders, and changemakers, and communicate with true power.

This discovery led her to found and grow a global women's leadership organisation, hosting leadership programs both online and in person for women around the world.

But Laura Jane knew something was still missing. She wanted every woman to feel that same power, to understand her own shape, line, design, and colour, and to build a wardrobe that empowers her to walk into any room, speak with confidence, become an influencer in her own community, and solve real problems in the world.

In February twenty twenty seven, Laura Jane will debut her evening gown collection on the world stage at New York Fashion Week, marking the beginning of a movement dedicated to helping women dress in their power, own their legacy, and command every stage they step onto.
